Here at CrossFit Tried and True we want to provide the best possible experience for everyone. To ensure safety and proper movement practice all new members must go through a beginner's program.
That can happen 1 of 3 ways:
New You Challenge: 4 times a year we will be running a 6 week program. Look for the advertisements on Facebook.
Fundamentals: This 4 week program will be offered while there isn't a New You Challenge going on. Email us to find out when the next one is.
One on one: You don't want to wait? Cool get ahold of us and set up your 6 one on one sessions to get through the fundamentals process quicker. These can be scheduled at almost any time. Email us to set it up.
$150/6 30 minute one on one sessions
